Client Relationship Manager – Italian market recruitment

In order to primarily serve Italian customers, we are seeking to fill the position of Customer Relationship Manager for the Italian market.

Based in London you will receive incoming account opening applications from Italian clients. The CRM is in charge of the KYC documentation collection and verification during the account opening process and liaises with the company’s Compliance Officer during Anti-Money laundering checks.

She/he also receives incoming transaction requests and processes them when applicable, being available over the phone to answer customer’s questions and guide them when necessary.

The ideal CRM is a person with a client-facing retail banking experience and possibly with off-shore banking experience, being used to interact with clients over the phone. Perfectly fluent in Italian, and preferably being a native Italian speaker having grown in the UK, you are diligent, dynamic, empathic, organised and polite.

You understand that your role is a key element of client satisfaction and are able to behave accordingly, always seeking to solve clients concerns in respect with company’s rules and regulation.

Ideal candidate:

- Early 30’s

- University degree

- Two to three years in retail banking/offshore banking

- Perfectly fluent in Italian and English (other languages will be plus)

- Impeccable professional record

- Used to work over the phone and highly skilled handling CRM and backoffice systems

- The candidate must have a good knowledge of basic banking transaction processing
