Client Relationship Manager, SME banking
Key job scope
- Maintain existing SME accounts, work closely with the credit team to facilitate the credit application process
- Develop strong client relationships to optimize utilization of loan facilities
- Understand clients’ needs and address their enquiries
- Assist in documentation process
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of banking experience, client servicing experience in SME banking is an advantage
- Good product and credit knowledge
- Great client servicing skills and able to deal with different levels of customers
- Good command of English and Mandarin
