Although you’ll be home-based in India, you’ll start on a project in the UK, before working with client teams either in India or another global location. Wherever you are, you’ll build strong client relationships to identify and define business process improvements, then lead the solutions that enable our clients to perform at a higher level. You’ll also find new ways to develop our offering and move our business forward.
This is a truly global opportunity with plenty of travel. Sometimes you’ll be away for 3-4 months, flying back to your base in India regularly to work with local clients.
You’ll need substantial and relevant financial services experience. We’re also looking for people with a broad understanding of the core banking areas, experience of working on client proposals and an awareness of different business operating models. To make the most of the global opportunities you’ll be exposed to, you’ll also need excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
