Client Relationship/Sales Support – Northern European Clients recruitment

 Key Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional level of support to consultants and clients (both internal and external), acting as the first port of call in the Distribution Managers absence

Positioning products and services for both new and existing Northern Europe Institutional clients

Provide accurate, well considered responses to consultant and client direct  ad-hoc questions, as well as structured and professional responses to RFPs

Conduct pre meeting research and complete presentation material to a high standard, using your knowledge of the client and the product range

Build a high level understanding of the product offering in the institutional market place, demonstrating an excellent understanding of how this could facilitate the client’s decision making process and long term objectives. 

Follow up on leads and sales opportunities with the intention of maximising revenue

Attend conference calls where your expertise is required

Maintain excellent working relationships around key business areas at all times

Proactively research and understand the strategy of the competitors, their market direction and the impact this has on the business

Requirements

Strong academic background

IMC or other professional qualification

Experience within the investment management industry including providing an exceptional level of support within a sales/CRM team environment to Dutch/german/Nordic clients

Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levels, Key Responsibilities
