About the Job
The Client Service Administrator will interact with clients, investment managers and custodians on a daily basis. A high level of professionalism is important at all times, along with superior customer service skills. In addition, applicant must be responsible, personable and detailed-oriented to aid in the growth of our business and support of the team. This person will be reporting to and working directly with the Manager of Client Relations in the execution of client service and office administrative duties.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Service
- New brokerage account openings and transfers
- Investment manager account document preparation and processing
- Cashiering
- Compiling client reports and special projects, as assigned
- Comply with compliance and confidentiality policies
Office Administration
- Point person for incoming phone calls
- Maintenance of paper and electronic filing system
- Maintenance of internal CRM system
- General office duties including mail, supplies, kitchen, etc.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelors degree - business focus
- Minimum of 2 years of financial industry experience
- Series 65 (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent language, math and reasoning skills
- Exceptional customer service skills - oral written
- Experience working with Schwab Institutional or other custodians a plus
