An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and respected medical organisation in the Leeds area as a Client Service Advisor. The main objective for this position is to manage incoming calls, processing them accurately, and on time. Joining a busy office environment you will be required to handle incoming calls, including order queries, delivery status and new business enquiries and provide an excellent level of customer service to the firm’s clients as well as to co-dependent divisions of the organisation. The position will initially be available on a 6-month contract, however permanent opportunities will be available for the right candidate in due course.

Key Accountabilities

· Successful and accurate handling of a range of business enquiries
· Ensure the correct matching of the order and product with the client’s needs
· Providing a professional level of service to the clients and upholding the reputation of the organisation within the market

This role requires someone with a background of client servicing and advising and a track record of providing excellent customer service. In return the organisation can offer an excellent working environment and long-term career opportunities.
