Client Service Advisor x15

We are currently recruiting for 15 Customer Service Agents to work in one of our major clients call centres, based in the Leeds area.

To be considered for the role, you must possess the following attributes:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to handle customer queries and complaints
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident and personable
- Provide excellent customer service

Duties include:

- Taking large numbers of inbound calls and enquiries.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers across all levels.
- Effectively handle and resolve queries relating to account log in issues, password resets, issues regarding financial information on the client / customers trading account,
- Provide advise and guidance on using the portal and business systems.
- Investigate and resolve charges and rectify wherever possible.
- Resolve queries and complaints regarding blocked accounts.
- Handle general business information queries and provide up to date information.
- Perform security verification and work within data protection act guidelines.
- Handle and process requests for “transfers”, “deposits”, “settlements”, “stocks and shares”, “dividends” and other financial services products and processes.Providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers across all levels.

The positions are for 13 weeks initially, with some contracts potentially going from temporary to permanent.
