Client Service Analyst

The Client Service Associate plays a key role in coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Client Services Associate will assist in business development, marketing, improving work flow, and ensuring that the client relationship is as positive an experience as possible for the clients. Specific job functions include:

* Preparation and creation of all client business development and reporting materials.

* Strong understanding of investment material and client's portfolio performance

* Update and create all client PowerPoint presentations

* Take a lead role in client reporting

* Manage feedback and CRM for client

 

The qualified candidate will possess:

* One to three years of relevant industry experience, with preference given to individuals with a strong understanding of fixed income products

* Excellent communication and Microsoft skills
