Description
The Client Service Associate 1 (CSA 1) reports directly to the Client Service Manager and provides support to External Sales Client Service personnel. Daily client support. Maintenance and preparation of client information. Internal sales support. Participate in department projects as needed. Daily coordination with various boutiques is required to help support sales service efforts of an eleven person sales and service team. This coordination can range from the highest levels of boutiques personnel to those in basic operations. This role also requires occasional interfacing with our Asset Servicing division. The degree of understanding required of the industry, commercial environment and our competitor's products and services is not as required The complexity of problems faced in this position will be consistent. However management and peers are always readily available to offer support as needed. Environmental factors include dealing with widely varying systems, reporting procedures, tailored client service expectations, and varying personalities. Immediate impact realized both internally and externally within clients should erroneous activity occur of which can result in financial impact to a $30 bn+/- business spanning many investment boutiques for both sales service.
Qualifications
S/He must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Must be articulate and professional. Must be client service oriented and their work must be of the highest quality. S/He must be proficient in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on word, Excel, and Power point. S/He will be offering private placement products through MBSC Securities Corporation. High School diploma required. College degree, preferably in business, finance or economics preferred. College degree or equivalent with 2 years client service experience in trust custody and/or investment field. Requires Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
