Client Service Director/ Team Manager London £100k
My client has requested my help on an urgent and highly confidential role he is currently looking to fill. They are seeking a Client Services Director to head up the Client Services team and oversee and act as a point of escalation on all client activity.
This is a permanent role, based in a Financial Software House near Fenchurch Street with a salary of c£100k
This position will manage a team of 40 individuals across multiple locations, directly managing all local client services heads. You will be finding and applying the most effective organisation and processes for the whole Client Service team, with the main objective of maintaining high level of client satisfaction. This role is very much focused on the change management aspect of building and driving a team, so will suit someone who has built a large team from scratch, or has completely revolutionised a team.
This will require a driven individual that has implemented and driven change in a small to medium sized business and thrives on a challenge. Experience managing and working with global teams of around 100 people, will also be beneficial.
This role requirements someone with extensive Project Management experience, experience of managing large numbers of people- especially through team re-organisation and keeping motivation high
Excellent client facing skills, and knowledge of the software industry will be useful
A Masters degree in IT or Finance is preferred
Any experience of the financial markets with be a good addition, although not imperative.
