Client Service Executive – Sales recruitment

The Role

- Based within the sales team at BMI
- Proactively contacting online subscribers by phone and email to offer training and support

 Managing a pre-assigned portfolio of clients to maximize renewals

- Identifying upgrade opportunities
- Conducting product demonstrations over the phone and in person
- Taking ownership of incoming enquiries from your clients, liaising with Account Managers and other Departments as appropriate
- Maintaining up-to-date client records using a variety of systems ranging using Excel, Outlook, and a range of CRM tools

- Occasional travel
- Setting up and maintaining subscribers’ login details
- Various other administrative tasks 

Requirement

- University graduate, preferably Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
- Entitled to work in the US
- Experience in a client facing role

- Proficient User of Outlook and other MS applications
- Interest in economics and current affairs

- Attention to detail
- Good Excel Skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email
- Excellent Team working skills
- Commercial Awareness
- Proactive, hardworking and patient.
