Client Service Ops Manager recruitment

Maintains enhances relationship with existing clients. Overall responsibilities include:
?Client Service -end to end client service and issue management / resolution
?Account Management -service quality control and KPI management/ escalation
?Change Management - change requests, New Fund Setups, client facing projects
?Client Reporting
?Develop relationships across the client organization

Operational Responsibilities
?Establish inquiry management framework that will support multiple clients with diverse needs
?Ensure all client inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
?Monitor trends and recommend remedial actions that will improve ongoing client satisfaction
?Maintain a comprehensive MIS/KPI reporting process across all clients
?Participate in client service reviews
?Co-ordination of all account openings, closings and transitions
?Assisting in adhoc reporting/tasks
?Can prioritize work and manage time effectively

Skills

Education and Skills
?Strong knowledge of State Street products, asset servicing, and global custody operational processes and systems
?5 years pension industry experience
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?Excellent research and problem solving skills
?Excellent relationship management / client service skills
?Ability to work across the State Street organization effectively
