Client Service Representative recruitment

Responsibilities;

- Main point of contact for all Operational activities. Covering trades, account opening MI reports.

- Communicate effectively with Clients through regular emails, phone call, face to face meetings review meetings.

-  Develop strong relationships with Clients Operational departments.

- Review processes procedures to enhance improve companies service level.

Requirements;

- Strong Client Service experience from an Asset Manager or Private Bank.

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal face to face).

- Good knowledge of Operational processes.

- Highly motivated to improve enhance service levels

- Good knowledge of Unit Trust Crest products would be a bonus.
