Job Description:
Our client is a very well known company seeking a Regional Service Manager based out of South Florida.

Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career. As a Regional Service Manager for this prestigious Manufacturing/Distributor of Consumer Household Products, and Service Center company.

Responsibilities include:
-Define quality and service strategies in all countries in the Central
America and the Caribbean.
-Establish Service infrastructures
-Define and implement service policies, strategies and procedures to
support the infrastructures.
-Coordinate and supervise the activities of the technical managers and local
service managers based in each region.
-Control the cost of warranty over sales according with the approval forecast
-Increase service and part revenues and profits

Requirements include:
-Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in a Sales and Service environment.
-Must have BA or MBA
-Must be fully Bil-Lingual English and Spanish Portuguese is a plus.
-Must be able to Travel 25-50 percent
