Client Advisor Assistant – Private Wealth Management
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor Assistant to join a Private Wealth Management team. As an integral part of the team, the Client Advisor Assistant is charged with maximising the sales efficiency of the Client Advisor(s) by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of the clients day to day administrative needs.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Account opening, payments, fixed deposits, foreign exchange business, stock market orders and alternative investment applications.
• Liaising with internal service providers within the Bank to ensure timely execution/resolution of client requests/queries.
• Implementation of internal and external directives and guidelines in daily business transactions.
• Monthly reporting, such as the Client Advisor's revenues and ad-hoc client valuations.
• On the job training of less experienced staff
• Reviewing, recommending and implementing new processes in your field of expertise.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a Wealth Management Front Office Support role
• History of direct client interaction. A first-rate communicator, both orally and written and able to maintain a professional or otherwise appropriate approach at all times
• Conscientious individual, detail-oriented and excel when working both in a team and independently
• Good time management
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
• Technically competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level)
