Client Services

We are recruiting for a large financial institution in London on an exclusive basis to hire multiple client services candidates for 6 month periods to begin with.

The role will be reporting to the Global Head of Client Services, and working closely with the sales support team. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day function.

Key areas of responsibility are:

The Client Services Function

• Providing day to day support to the core London team by logging client tickets, extracting data, data validation and query tracking.
• Assist with ongoing and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Managing inbound non client and academic requests. Escalating as necessary.
• Support internal client requests.

New Client Onboarding

• Work closely with the global team to support the transition of a number of clients
• Undertaking data cleansing and validation as required for each client.
• Support the end of day onboarding process.
• Maintaining the necessary reporting and logs to track progress and log issues.
• Logging all client interaction via the dedicated Helpdesk software.
• Regularly monitoring open queries and flagging to the senior members of the London team for investigation if necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of necessary onboarding documentation for each client and its dissemination.

To be successful in this role you will need experience working in a client services environment supporting clients at different levels. Knowledge of Financial markets and products would is also essential.
