Based within the Treasury department of this international Financial Services company based in the City you will be responsible to support the Client Services Manager and the growing corporate client base of the company. You will be articulate, confident, pro-active and client focused.
You will have a very flexible attitude as this will be a mixed role dealing not only client service but also back office administration. Candidates do not have to come from financial services, however an interest in learning on the job is essential.
Duties to include and not be limited to:
Client liaison to include contacting and speaking to clients regarding account set-up, queries, complaints, etc
Ensuring all client contact, queries, complaints, etc are logged on Dynamics CRM on a timely basis and any open cases are processed promptly.
Produce and deliver reports and advices for clients as required.
Chase outstanding confirmations.
Coordinate with the desk to ensure the required documentation is in place and sset-up the clients on to the 360T platform.
Monitor and chase missing trade confirmations
Complete audit requests for Corporate and Institutional Desk and Structured Solutions clients
