We have an exciting opportunity for immediately available Client Services Advisors to work at a leading bank within the treasury division. The client is releasing a new service and therefore needs a team of Client Services Advisors to help get this campaign underway. They are looking for candidates with at least a year's experience in the financial world, preferably within a banking environment. This opportunity, based in the City of London, requires a hard working individual who is articulate, professional and with excellent interpersonal skills. The roles are for 4-6 weeks with varied hours (may include weekends). Key responsibilities: • Deal with a high volume of customer correspondence • Solve all customer queries • Ensure all SLA's are met • Ensure regulatory guidelines are met - Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer and Treating Customers Fairly • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management records • Follow, maintain and develop CS processes and procedure The ideal candidate: • Works well under pressure • Educated to degree level • Minimum of a year's experience within the financial services • Client services/Customer services experience • An understanding of compliance and risk issues would be advantageous This bank is hugely influential in the UK financial market and as such provides excellent experience for the successful candidates. Training will be provided and while this is only a temporary position there is the opportunity for a more permanent role.
