Senior CDP – 2AA Rosettes
This is an amazing opportunity for a talented Chef De Partie to work in one of London's finest establishments.
This 5 star boutique hotel based in Central London is looking for a strong Senior Chef De Partie for the sauce section. The hotel consists of 70 rooms and suites, private gardens, a lounge, bar and 2AA rosette dining room. The food served here is Modern European with classical touches. The Head Chef has worked alongside some of the best in the industry and has been working there for over 10 years so very high standards are a must!
As a Senior Chef De Partie I would expect you to have excellent knowledge of running a section along with being able to manage a team of 2 or 3, compile orders and follow strict legislation. You should have a great CV with 2AA Rosette experience as a minimum and not moved around too much.
The salary on offer is £24,000
