The Client Services team sits under lending operations, which support a range of business lending units within ANZ. This is a middle office team acting as a hub between frontline and back office clients. The Client Services Assistant Manager is responsible for facility management and collateral management of transaction related matters. This role is accountable for the broader Lending Operations activities to the Relationship Team.

The ideal candidate has general banking and finance experience, attention to detail, ability to build relationships, good time management skills, as well as good written/ oral communication skills. Knowledge of banking systems (i.e. CACHE, Orion, Razor, CCMS), Industry based knowledge of Segments (e.g. Property, Diversified Industrial, and Natural Resources), and Tertiary qualifications (e.g. Banking / Finance / Accounting) are preferred.
