The purpose of this role is to ensure that a consistent level of quality/error free services are provided to customers/stakeholders by undertaking quality checks of work completed by Client Services Assistant Managers (CSAMs) to ensure adherence to agreed processes, procedures and ANZ policies. This position also plays a significant role in assisting with the development of CSAMs by providing on-the-job coaching and feedback and by making and implementing process improvements that reduce risks/errors.
Role Requirements:
• Back office admin experience with strong attention to detail
• Strong client services focus and experience
• Understanding of ANZ credit policies and processes including use/application of the following systems :-
- CACHE
- ORION
- RAZOR
- CCMS
• Proven risk management experience gained from working within a operational risk/audit or position responsible for quality control
• Sound knowledge of operational processes practices acquired through working in various frontline/middle office roles
• Demonstrated customer focus/orientation including ability to deliver results both individually and in collaboration with others
