Client Services AVP
Reporting to the head of the department, you will need to take on a leadership role to drive Client Service excellence
Key responsibilities include:
- providing high level of service and completing post-execution issues
- answering product specific questions analysing the issue of importance
- working with client facing teams to eventually gain higher client satisfaction
- work closely with client-facing department to deliver a globally customised service strategy
- accompanying relationship manger on client visits
In order to be successful the candidate will need to be immediately available and hold a relevant degree within finance.
Other key requirements include:
- 5-7 years of experience in Operations, Sales or Trade Support, Private Banking
- proven track record of enabling change delivering process efficiencies/project deliverables
- experience dealing with clients in a sales role
- knowledge of FI, Cash Equities, FX/MM, Derivatives
- superior interpersonal skills and thrives under pressure
- strong organisational skills
- prior experience with OTC derivatives and relationship management
