Purpose:
• To lead and deliver major PMC client assignments providing senior project management expertise to PMC clients
• It is essential the outcomes and objectives of the assignments are successfully realised and delivered based on the proposal to the client and to the satisfaction of the client
• To maximise and manage both sales and client operating efficiency continuing to enhance the reputation of PMC
