Client Services – AVP recruitment

 Description of Role 

The successful candidate will manage a team of middle office individuals within the client services team.

 Within the role you will be involved in managing the daily processes involved in supporting the business, extensive communication with external Counterparties, front office and Operations, and other areas of the organisation.  Therefore strong communication skills and management skills are essential.  

 Key Responsibilities:

Daily liaison with all areas of the business

Regular liaison with fianance Settlements and Loan Operations teams.

Dealing with Back Office Investigations and TMQ system.

Ensure all reconciliations are completed

Fielding counterparty queries.

Raising and working on any IT projects.

Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) packs for senior management.

Required background

5 years experience plus

Background in one plus of the following: - Client Money, Operations, Forensics/Audit, Due Diligence

Good grasp of front to back trade and settlement flows

Product knowledge

Strong communicator able to motivate a team and liase with senior staff members

Ability to deal with ad-hoc issues

Attention to detail essential.

Ability to work to tight deadlines.
