Client Services Manager

Five generations later, the Reed family still runs the company, overseeing a steadily expanding international portfolio of magazines, websites, business guides, exhibitions, conferences, events, data services, directories and newsletters.
The acquisition in 2009 of Decision News Media based in the South of France now known as William Reed Business Media SAS has expanded the group’s new media activity even further and covers food, beverage, nutrition, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Every month, our 17 highly targeted industry news websites are read by more than 800 000 decision makers in over 40 countries across the globe.
In early 2011 this newly acquired subsidiary has opened its brand new office in New York City to expand further their US leading brands.
As a result of this expansion we are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to work closely with our US Digital Sales Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, professional and dynamic team, providing support for the continued growth of a global company.
The applicant will be using a large range of tools in the field of digital marketing to:
• Manage the success of our digital campaigns
o Review WRBM Inc. Insertion Orders to confirm accuracy
o Implement media campaign into Smart AdServer, Neolane and CMS
• Ensure the daily send and tracking of our newsletters
• Anticipate potential issues and independently undertake steps to improve performance
• Assist in reviewing media campaign reporting weekly/monthly
• Implement and execute flawlessly to ensure the highest quality of internal and external customer satisfaction
Required Experience Skills
• Ad-serving expertise
• Email software expertise
• HTML expertise as you might have to modify HTML creative code and third party redirects for successful delivery and tracking of media campaigns
• Direct Customer/Client service experience
• Microsoft Office tools expertise
• Strong interest for Internet and web marketing
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail
• Delivery and solution focused attitude
