Our client is a global US investment management house with over growing regional asian presence. Managing a team, the incumbent will have provide support to the Investment Group.

Manages day-to-day activities of the client servicing team, together with own client account responsibilities. Manages teamwork and its effectiveness and ensures the team’s goals and objectives are met. By leading the client servicing activities, monitors and manages team’s performance against expectations from internal and external clients and ensures client satisfaction. Leads new client account process and monitors and manages workflow, procedures and end results of new account initialization. Contributes actively to the opening of new institutional and retail accounts. Provides guidance concerning operational issues, technical questions, business processes and management issues.
Manages performance and development of each team member. Communicates with other internal managers and senior managers primarily on operational, technical, and/or project related issues.

You have at least 7 years’ related experience including a minimum of 3 years in management role. Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates, senior business leaders, and a diverse group of individuals outside the organization. Demonstrates working knowledge of financial industry, client services, portfolio administration, operations, reporting and results analysis. Exhibits knowledge in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the department/business area.
