Exciting new position within an established organisation

Our client is a large company based in the beautiful North Sydney. They are currently looking for a professional and experienced Client Services Office to join their dynamic team. Your role will be to provide an exceptional level of service to their clients including accountants and lawyers relating to my clients products. You will assist them in understanding the products and identifying solutions to fit their needs whilst continuing to achieve high customer satisfaction levels. Experience in using BGL-CAS, Solution6-CRS or MYOB Corporate Compliance programs is absolutely essential as is at least 12 months experience in a customer service/administration role.

Some of your duties will be;
* Answering all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
* Educating the customer on the clients product range
* Offering a variety of product related solutions to clients
* Receiving and processing orders on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as providing order status updates
* Developing strong relationships with our customers and demonstrating how we can add value to their business
* Identifying potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business
* Conducting follow up calls, when required, to customers who have expressed an interest in our product
* Responding to customer emails in a professional manner
* Creating and maintaining company records using the CAS or company database
* Preparation and Lodgement of documents for changes for Subscription clients and non-subscription clients
* Maintenance of CAS database information
* Completing client email requests to personal and compliance inbox
* Opening daily compliance mail and auctioning them appropriately
* Assisting other team members where required during peak times
* Setting clear and achievable expectations with clients
* Attending all product-training sessions
* Processing annual company statements
* Keeping up to date with current ASIC legislations and Corporations Law

To be successful in this position, your experience will be;
* Previous experience using BGL-CAS, Solution6-CRS or MYOB Corporate Compliance programs
* At least 12 months experience in a customer service/administration role
* Data entry and strong, accurate typing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
* Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)
* Ability to multi task and prioritise
* Sound computing skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
