Job Responsibilities

-         Evaluate performance of existing rating and underwriting plans versus market

-         Develop new plans to improve pricing, risk selection, profitability, and growth

-         Create processes, operational goals, measures, and project plans for key capabilities including new business quotes and sales, underwriting quality, catastrophe accumulation, agency performance and management, competitiveness, claims trends and metrics, and customer retention

-         Align operational goals/measures across functions for financial planning and evaluation 

-         Project management including planning, business requirements quality, timeliness, and quality

-         Recruit, retain, develop, and manage team

-         With personal lines leader, develop and execute personal lines strategy and franchise organizational model
