Client Services Representative

This position will be the central point for day-to-day interaction the company's client base and will ensure client satisfaction through timely research, analysis, and documentation of data processes.

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-           Customer service support for all client questions in regards to logic, business changes, and improved business strategies

-           Participate in relevant scheduled conference calls

-           Work in conjunction with other department to research/resolve client and system issues

-           Provide training and client support for on-line reporting tools

-           Create new weekly and monthly reports in accordance with client requirements/requests

-           Suggest improvements of process flow and coding logic

-           Create client relationship manuals according to template design

 

Qualifications:

-           Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Logistics preferred

-           Minimum four years previous experience

-           Experience with transportation management systems

-           Industry knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain

-           Systems knowledge, table setup and maintenance, audit and coding logic,

-           Familiar with AS/400 and SQL queries

-           Proficient in MS Office
