Client Services Representative recruitment

Working in our client services team, the successful candidate will have the following key accountabilities and duties

• Service clients by telephone and email

• Account opening

• Payments and Refunds

• Trade support

• Account Maintenance

Relevant experience within the spread betting/CFD or retail finance industry is preferred however is not essential. The ideal candidate will have a degree, have empathy with clients, be technology literate, self driven and possess a very strong work ethicThe candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, the natural ability to work with clients under pressure and be capable of taking the initiative. Working with other departments and as part of a team is essential for this role.
