Client Services Representative(s)
Working as a part of the Client Services team to deliver service excellence and add value to client experience through a variety of contact mediums. Responsible for handling all queries from Alpari (UK) Ltd clients regarding various aspects of their accounts, whilst working closely with other departments, namely IT, Back Office, Trading desk and Compliance. Specifically charged with the responsibility of assisting German or French clients.
Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls from Alpari (UK) Ltd clients regarding various aspects of their accounts, across all product types and platforms.
• Answering clients’ email enquiries and communicating via online chat
• Providing clients with account reports such as history, open positions, statements and contracts upon request
• Using support software (TeamViewer) to assist our clients to solve their queries
• Assist management in global business development projects
• Assisting Compliance with complaints, advising of any suspicious trends/money laundering activity on clients’ accounts in accordance with money laundering rules
• Liaising with Back Office to resolve client/payment related queries
• Liaising with Trading desk/Seniors to investigate and resolve trade queries
• Liaising with IT support regarding in-depth technical queries

• Spoken and written English must be of a high standard
• Native German/French speaker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident
• Works well as part of a team in a pressurised and multi-tasking environment

• Outstanding problem solving skills – see challenges instead of problems
• Ability to articulate professionally and thoroughly in a succinct, clear and concise style
Educational/Experience requirements:
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Experience in any Financial Services environment
• Telephone or client facing experience essential
• Passionate about client engagement
• Competent PC skills
• Excellent market and product knowledge
• Experience with MT4 a distinct advantage
