Client Servicing Analyst recruitment

Responsibilities

•Work in partnership with the Account Managers to develop and implement client business / marketing plans to deliver agreed financial targets
•Maintain regular contact, both face to face and via telephone, with relevant client contacts to deliver both day-to-day and longer-term requirements. Build good working relationships with the relevant client contacts
•Co-ordinate and work with relevant Genworth functions to ensure that all product development and enhancements are delivered and launched on time and within client specifications and/or contractual obligations.
•Liaise with Business Technology team on set-up and amendment of schemes directly onto the operating system, ensure the product/service specifications are completely and correctly defined and ensure the scheme has been tested before delivery to the client
•Work with Operations to ensure accurate and timely completion of IT requests in the event of product development and enhancements
•Assisting the Account Managers in the monitoring and control of client and/or business requirements in respect of internal/external service level agreements
•Briefing relevant printers and/or designers in respect of marketing literature. Work with clients, in-house and external legal teams to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and fully signed off. Proofs read all documents and get sign off from clients and internal functions
•Ensure that monthly management information packs are available for Account Managers within the agreed deadlines
•Work as a team player and be flexible in relation to change in the scope of the CSM role as the branch develops
•Manage run-off portfolios

Education Experience

•Graduate level education
•Some client management or project management experience
•Marketing Qualifications
•Knowledge of both internal and external processes
•Creditor product knowledge
•Customer focused, with a proven track record of delivery
•Sound commercial acumen
•Knowledge of insurance and operations systems
•Well rounded communication skills - proven ability to deal with people at all levels
•Excellent presentation skills
•Fluent English
•Client facing experience
•Knowledge of Lifestyle Protection new business processes and documentation
•Knowledge of Lifestyle Protection products and customers
