Job Description
Reporting to the Head of the Department, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide solutions to corporate clients with regards to issues relating to transactions
- Ensure that timely and friendly service is provided to customers' queries
- Make sales calls to clients to discuss and pitch new business
- Coordinate with Middle and Back Office teams to ensure that transactions are booked and processed correctly
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered, you need to fulfill the following criteria:
- Currently residing in Singapore
- Bubbly and energetic personality, with the ability to build rapport with people
- Strong technical knowledge in Trade Finance products, specifically in Letters of Credit
- Excellent client and sales focus, with experience in Client Servicing
- Familiarity with Commodity products and trade flows
- Fast learner, with the ability to pick up system skills in a short time
