Global FS entity are seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager to co-ordinate a portfolio of projects to achieve a larger programme of change. The role is to ensure all projects succeed to the degree that the Programe of change has been successful. Within a complex business-driven programme the process will involve: working with Sales, Client Management, or Product to ensure full understanding of the objectivse in the change requirement, assist in shaping business proposition, being advocate for change management through the sales process, architecting solutions through the sales process and beyond, deliver a service capability including technology, operational readiness and service delivery structure, manage and provide governance for complex programme of change, take business responsibility for all aspects of implementation.
