The Corporate Trust Sr Analytics Analyst will be primarily responsible for developing deal specific models, reports and user tools according to legal documents and client specifications for complex , non standard deals and transactions.. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving issues and/or running and maintaining deal models on active multifaceted often complicated deals.The Corporate Trust Analyst - Senior must have the following: 1) ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze legal documents on non routine complex financial structures 2) abiliity to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization to articulate technical and legal issues, either verbally or in writing 3) knowledge and experience in Structured Credit or Fixed Income products and 4) knowledge of PC desktop tools such as MS Access and Excel, with thle knowledge of Business Objects, Crystal Reports, VB/VBA, SQL or and advanced reporting or modeling platform preferred. The Corporate Trust Analyst Senior will be expected to collaborate with various business units within the company to provide innovative solutions and expertise. Interacts with external clients and liases with internal business partners. Guide,mentor s and trains, Analysts and be point of escalation on non-routine matters. May act as backup in Team Leaders' absence.

Qualifications

Degree Qualified preferred. 5-7 years in a financial services or technology environment. Direct database modellin experence. 7+years experience with a strong mix of technology and financial services background preferred. Must have strong MS Access and Excel, with the knowledge of Business Objects, Crystal Reports, VB/VBA, SQL or and advanced reporting or modeling platform.
