Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to help increase the retention rate of the accounts (customers) assigned. It is expected that through constant interaction with targeted users (based on usage data, product types used, etc) that these users will adopt TR products more into their process/workflow and become more dependent on the TR desktop therefore reducing the likelihood of cancelling.

Responsibilities:

A high level of client interaction is expected. Specifically the objectives include that the CS visit an average of 60 users per month and interact via phone with an additional 100 users. Additionally there will be quarterly campaigns and other programs (e.g. current IM Retention Program) that the CS will need to participate in. Almost all CS activity should be geared to increasing the retention rate of his/her assigned accounts. Some activity should be focused on looking for new users to sell TR desktops to or up selling existing users.

Skills

Required Skills:

It is necessary that the appropriate candidate have at least two years of experience interacting with IM professionals either in a training, help desk, account management or sales role. The appropriate candidate needs to have solid knowledge in at least two of the core TR IM desktop products (including TOIM, TOIA, Datastream, StarMine, Bridge). The appropriate candidate should be self motivated and able to work well with team members including other CSs, CSBDs, AMs and management. The candidate will have to have a high level of attention to detail and be willing to conduct a high level of client facing activity.

Desired Skills:

It would be ideal if the candidate had expert knowledge of all (most) of the TR IM desktop suite of products. The ideal candidate would also have experience working for a IM firm and a solid understanding of the needs to IM professionals. The appropriate candidate should be career driven and eager to learn as much as they can related to being successful at their job.

Education:

Undergraduate degree preferred.
