Client Specialist recruitment
Responsibilities:
- To help increase the retention rate of the accounts (customers) assigned.
- Encourage brand loyalty among customers and decrease the likelihood of cancellations
- Engaging clients by regular visits and by phone
- Open new accounts through business development and up sell existing users
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Relevant experience in interacting with Investment Banking professionals either in training, help desk, account management or sales.
- Self motivated with the ability to work in a team
- Keen eye for detail and possess the confidence to conduct high level client facing activity.
- Understand the needs of financial services professionals and has the knowledge to address those needs, such as IB and FI
