Once of the world's leading manufacturers of commerical foodservice equipment is in need of an Inside Sales Representative in the Parts/Quotes Department. This person will service customers by providing parts information, applications, and pricing to generate parts sales to meet organizational goals and internal and external customer expectations. The right person has a strong sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Receive customer orders for parts and document necessary information for creation of customer order and order file. Maintain proper records for reference and back-up.

-Create part order quotes to include door replacement and panel quotes in quote program.

-Communicate with customers effectively to clarify information for parts orders.

-Interpret customer specifications for projects and parts orders.

-Communicating and receiving quotes from vendors on buy out part replacement cost.

-Assists plants with returns and credits of parts orders.

-Communicate information that affects orders with team members and other departments.

-Maintain and update system to track and reconcile all freight bills and credit card parts orders.

-Manage multiple quotes and bids simultaneously setting appropriate prioritization amongst competing projects to meet specified deadlines.

-Review and revise orders by comparing order and final show drawings prior to production release.

-Coordinate all internal and external phases of a project to include customer, installation, scheduling, engineering, and accounting.

-Communicate with customers to obtain clarifying information pertaining to projects.

-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimum assistance.

-Fulfill the financial control and risk management responsibilities inherent in the position

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS:
Basic level of expertise on a PC using the MS Office package, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, excellent customer service skills. Ability to think analytically. Must be detail oriented and organized. Basic math skills a must. Ability to conceptualize words and information into a three-dimensional form a plus.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School diploma or GED and minimum 1 to 2 years of office or business experience. Any type of construction background or blueprint reading abilities are a plus
