Due to rapid expansion, we are now seeking Client Support Analyst to be based in Singapore.

CLIENT SUPPORT ANALYST

A client support analyst is responsible for daily production and implementation support on OpenLink’s Trading and Risk Management Systems, which can be either financial or technical in nature. Troubleshooting of client issues include high priority questions and defects, and resolution of these issues at times are required to allow clients to proceed with critical implementation and upgrade project timelines.

Additional day to day tasks includes analysis of standard scripts, database management, requirements analysis as well as remote troubleshooting of client specific environments. The position requires experience developing and maintaining client relationships, and also requires technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree holder

• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) is a requirement

• Ability to self start and work independently and in a team setting

• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships on a daily basis

• Confidence in dealing with senior clients

• Knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Windows a must

• Working knowledge of database structure, design, SQL language preferred

• Prior knowledge of OpenLink’s trading and risk management software – ENDUR (Commodity/Power/Gas/Oil) and FINDUR (Financial Services) will be a great plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client facing communication and daily service request management

• Remote analysis and troubleshooting of client issues

• Communication with various functional areas throughout the company

• Analysis of standard and custom scripts

• Requirements analysis

• Onsite client support function when necessary
