Client Support Engineer Job in Phoenix, Arizona US

Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end users to the clients Network.
    2. Perform clearly defined Mid-Level Network/Server Administration duties.
    3. Install new hardware and software at client site and remote offices to support end user applications.
    4. Document all support services provided to end users in the DPS CRM system (VSI).
    5. Other duties as assigned.

 

The main characteristics for the success of the person in this position are ownership of customer and technical issues, as well as, customer and DPS communications, follow-up and attention to details.
