SIA is currently looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Client Specialist in our El Dorado Hills Office.

 

Job Summary:

 

The Client Support Specialist serves as the Implementation Manager working collaboratively and interdependently across departments.  This individual will be responsible for initial implementation, as well as on-going support, including telephone and email requests that require research and timely delivery of results to our Attention to Attendance (A2A) clients.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·                Managing multiple A2A clients at various stages of the implementation process.

·                Navigate web-based applications to provide technical assistance regarding implementation problems and questions.

·                Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming client telephone calls, voicemail, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from clients experiencing problems and/or needing assistance.

·                Provide a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.

·                Utilize a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and resolve customer issues.

·                Demonstrate drive and enthusiasm while handling customer questions.

·                Anticipate potential problems and recommend solutions.

·                Maintain productive inter-departmental relationships.

·                Work collaboratively and interdependently.

·                Other duties as Assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·                Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field or equivalent education experience.

·                2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment.

·                Troubleshooting and technical experience with web-based applications.

·                Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of Internet Explorer, MS Office Suite (including Access).

·                Basic Sequel Server experience preferred.

·                Experience working with database applications and Excel data files a plus.

·                Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

·                Demonstrated strong multi-tasking ability, extremely detail-oriented and excellent judgment skills. 

·                Ability to learn quickly follow directions.

·                Ability to problem solves and maintains adaptability/flexibility in a continually changing, high-growth environment.

·                Punctuality and dependability.

 

Salary: $34,000-40,000 DOE
