TradingScreen London is seeking a high energy, motivated professional with at least 18 months customer support experience to join our Global Customer Support Desk that forms part of our Global Client Services team. Candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, working closely with our clients, technology team and marketing force. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, effective diagnostic and problem solving capability, extensive financial markets knowledge, be an innovative thinker who is able to deal with high stress situations in a dynamic environment.
The primary focus will be client support and problem resolution on a busy Client Services desk providing electronic trading platform service.
Responsibilities will include:
- First level support for client queries and issues via phone, IM and email
- Proactive interaction with client base in response to system events
- Monitoring of all trade transactions from initial Request to Execution and Settlement
- Monitoring of all internal/vendor processes and applications
- Troubleshoot technical queries and issues and escalate according to guidelines
- Train client base on system functionality across all product offerings
- Prepare weekly management reports and ad hoc reporting
- Honor strict confidentiality with assigned tasks
- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts
- Some weekend, evening and national holiday work required
Strong English language skills (spoken and written) are a prerequisite, preferably with a second language of French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese.
