Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improving the client experience for the portfolio of clients
  • Providing product training and education on product enhancements.
  • Developing and executing on cross sell opportunities as identified through client’s account plans
  • Supporting manager on new business development initiatives through the preparation of RFP responses and cost/fee estimates
  • Act as first point of contact and escalation for existing clients with respect to their queries on their investments
  • Lead new client on-boarding, training and service deployment
  • Work with the global team to ensure effective liaison between clients and the service delivery teams
  • Maintain links to global product team to ensure the product delivered in region is in line with the global product
  • Development and maintenance of client account plans to identify new client requirements and execute cross sell opportunities
  • Prepare RFPs/RFI responses and fee quotes for Services
  • Work with Sales and Relationship Managers (‘RMs’) in all Asia Pacific jurisdictions to identify opportunities for providing Services
  • Provide training and give service/product updates to Sales, RMs and key stake holders in Asia Pacific
