Senior Manager, DCM/Syndications recruitment
Our client is a medium-sized international Bank, based in the heart of the City of London. They now seek an experienced banker to help build and develop a DCM/Syndications style capability.
This role will suit an experienced banker who will have worked in and around the following areas during the last 10-15 years...
Bonds - you will have a working knowledge of Sterling and Euro bond, MTN and Private placements, the mechanics and operation of such products
Syndications - you will have a working knowledge of structuring, underwriting, arranging, pricing and execution of multi lender credit facilities.
Distribution - knowledge of appropriate investors and generally "how to" distribute such debt products will be very useful.
It must be stressed that this role is not an established one, hence the reason that any suitable candidate must have the ability to educate internally (almost in a consultancy capacity) whilst being able to move the business forward. You will work closely with the Heads of both Corporate and Financial Markets Relationship Management and the Head of Risk to ensure appropriate products are evaluated and agreed upon for the right clients.
Cross industry sector knowledge from UK, Ireland and Europe is key.
