ClientServices Associate – Asset Manager recruitment

Our client is a world class Asset Manager who are currently recruiting a Client Service Associate. To join a dynamic client servicing team who are responsible for the servicing needs of a fast growing and international client base.

Tasks

Resolve the constant flow of minor and exceptional client queries and problems as they arise

Help with the production and distribution of performance reports

Establish new procedures and then seek ways to improve and streamline them including any efficiencies that may be realised though alternative methods

Uphold internal controls and service levels agreements in order to minimize escalated client issues

Help to track client flows into UCITS Funds

To support growing UCITS business, help to develop and manage intermediary client base throughout their full life cycle.

Assist the team with the on-boarding of new intermediary and distribution clients. Capturing client requirements and ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of the account

Resolve the constant flow of minor and exceptional client problems and quries as they arise

To coordinate closely with the fund administrator and with other internal departments in order to deliver prompt, accurate and agreed servicing standards

Deal with KYC/AML on distribution and intermediary clients

Supporting our growing US NRA and NSCC business

Assist the business to prepare and adjust for new regulation such as KID, RDR and FATCA

Essential

Must have no less than 5 years fund administration or client service experience at an asset manager

A strong understanding of the transfer agency side of the UCITS fund business

Degree level education

A thorough understanding of the processes around client rebates and distribution agreements
Experience with US NRA clients and the NSCC a bonus

Very high attention to detail

Creates strategies and tactics to build, develop and improve the production of client reporting

Actively listens to the client needs and understands their expectations while recognizing the importance of meeting and exceeding these
