Two OR multi-specialty surgery center seeks a Clinical Director to provide leadership and management for a staff of 6-8 RN’s and an additional 6-8 support staff. Responsibilities will be clinical and administrative; previous experience in both areas are required. The Clinical Director serves as a manager with a direct reporting relationship to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include: providing the highest quality patient services while ensuring cost effective operations, directing patient care activities, effective communication between physicians and staff, materials management, human resources, reporting requirements and accreditation and state compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, OR experience and excellent communication skills required. Director will also be required to hold or attain the following additional certifications PALS, ACLS, CNOR.
