Clinical Manager/Lead Respiratory Therapist
We are seeking a patient minded Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a background in clinical management to come on board to support the company’s initiatives and growth who is committed to making a difference in children’s and families’ lives. This position will support our Richmond, Fredericksburg and Charlottesville branch offices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills qualifications:
· Active Virginia Registered Respiratory Therapist License
· Proven experience supervising, directing and training respiratory staff
· Pediatric experience with Ventilators and multiple Respiratory Home Medical Equipment
· Pediatric Home Health Care experience
· Ability to communicate independently with personable and effective speaking skills
· Exemplary customer service skills
