The Clinical Manager for Medical Surgical ICU is responsible for directing the operations and strategic planning of patient/customer services, human resource and financial management for assigned units of operations in supporting the hospital's goals and mission. Acts as a catalyst between hospital departments, physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care. The position reports directly to the Clinical Director of ICU/Telemetry Services and requires 24/7 accountability for unit.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field required, Master's preferred. Five years management experience in patient care services, with previous nursing experience in ICU/CCU. Registered Nurse with current California License and AHA BLS card required.
