CLINICAL RESOURCE COORDINATOR – ADVANCED WOUND MGMT: NEW YORK CITY
Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of educational and clinical initiatives that support business objectives for assigned accounts and/or geographies. Works in collaboration with Clinical Affairs Manager (CAM), Regional Vice Presidents, Division Managers, Advance Wound Device (AWD) and Advanced Wound Product Sales Representatives, and the outsourced Clinical Flex Team to ensure a coordinated effort is mobilized towards meeting sales, profit and clinical-educational objectives. Utilizes experience to build relationships with key clinical and economic decision makers to drive adoption of focus products. Works with CAM and Medical Education to develop customer focused-centered programs, provide clinical field support, and product-clinical education. Acts within the scope of corporate objectives and policies to accomplish goals.

Required Skills
· Must be able to travel up to 80% and may include overnight and/or weekends
- The position requires strong analytical abilities and the ability to conduct sophisticated needs assessments and multi-level presentations to health care executives and evaluate alternatives prior to providing input or feedback to clinical, sales, and other senior leadership.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Nursing background or appropriate relevant background required. Woundcare certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years wound care experience within a clinical setting.
- Negative pressure wound therapy or related product experience required.
- Industry experience with ability to influence preferred.
