HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Consults with HCR Manor Care and Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice to define needs or problems, conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of nursing practices. Provides recommendations for systems of nursing management and care delivery. Ensures compliance to local/state/federal regulations, CHAP standards and Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice policies. The ideal RN will have current RN licensure with 3-5 years management experience in a home health agency. Travel is 90-95%.
RN required, BSN preferred.
